Founder & Boss of Brilliant Speakers
Melissa Spencer is the powerhouse behind Spencer’s Consulting and Spencer’s Virtual Solutions, LLC. With over 25 years of experience in business operations, speaker management, and executive support, she’s built a reputation as a trusted partner for keynote speakers, entrepreneurs, and event professionals.

Her journey started with more than two decades in C-suite support and office management, including 12 years at Darden Restaurants, where she spent six years as the executive assistant to the Chairman and CEO. In 2005, she took the leap and launched Spencer’s Virtual Solutions, helping speakers, consultants, and business owners manage their day-to-day operations so they could focus on what they do best.

Recognizing a bigger need in the industry, she expanded her vision in 2019 with Spencer’s Consulting, a full-service speaker management firm. She and her team connect dynamic thought leaders with organizations looking for expertise in leadership, resilience, managing disruption, and employee engagement. Known for her efficiency, responsiveness, and deep industry knowledge, Melissa makes the entire process seamless for event planners, speaker bureaus, and corporate decision-makers.
