Exclusive Speaker Management

  • Manage all in-person and virtual speaking and presentation inquiries (such as keynote presentations, workshops, half-day programs, full-day programs, bureau inquiries)

  • Manage & follow-up on all Talkadot leads (if used) 

  • Negotiate, prepare, and execute contracts

  • Primary liaison with buyers, meeting & event professionals, and bureau representatives

  • Distribute marketing collateral to buyers (bio, intro, photo, presentation description, etc.)

  • Coordinate and participate in discovery and prep calls with buyers and speaker

  • Prepare, review, and execute releases, NDAs, etc.

  • Attend events as requested (client or speaker pays all expenses)

  • Distribute marketing and sales collateral through channels, i.e., bureaus, eSpeakers, and other platforms 

  • eSpeakers management if used

  • Prepare invoices 

  • Ongoing consultation on (and participation in the creation of) all marketing and presentation materials
