Exclusive Speaker Management

Manage all in-person and virtual speaking and presentation inquiries (such as keynote presentations, workshops, half-day programs, full-day programs, bureau inquiries)

Negotiate, prepare, and execute contracts

Primary liaison with buyers, meeting & event professionals, and bureau representatives

Distribute marketing collateral to buyers (bio, intro, photo, presentation description, etc.)

Coordinate and participate in discovery and prep calls with buyers and speaker

Prepare, review, and execute releases, NDAs, etc.

Attend events as requested (client or speaker pays all expenses)

Distribute marketing and sales collateral through channels, i.e., bureaus, eSpeakers, and other platforms

Eventpro management if used

Prepare invoices (client-provided Quickbooks account required; additional fee for this service)

Ongoing consultation on (and participation in the creation of) all marketing and presentation materials
